These Terms govern your use of welcomein.to (“welcomein”, “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
welcomein lets vacation-rental hosts create digital welcome books and share them with guests via private QR codes or stay links. We may update features over time.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is passwordless via email magic link or one-time code.
You retain ownership of content you add (property names, guest instructions, images, links, etc.). You grant welcomein a licence to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you and your guests.
You must not upload unlawful content or information you are not permitted to share (e.g. guest personal data without a lawful basis).
Guest links and QR codes are private by design. You are responsible for how you distribute links and for the accuracy of information shown to guests (access codes, safety information, etc.).
Plan limits (number of properties, features) are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions and billing will be handled via our payment provider when enabled. Until then, beta access may be offered at our discretion.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use welcomein for spam or illegal purposes.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause downtime.
The Service is provided “as is”. welcomein is a hosting tool — we do not verify your content and are not responsible for guest decisions, property safety, or booking disputes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, welcomein is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if no fees were paid).
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
